Restorative Yoga: A relaxing. gentle style of Yoga. Designed to rejuvenate and de-stress the body by combining the use of props and long deep stretching poses, restorative Yoga is perfect for all levels.
Yoga – for the body and mind: A class with a focus on more contemporary mode of Yoga with a focus on creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Great for beginner to intermediate levels.
Remedial Yoga: Also referred to as special needs Yoga designed for people with limited mobility and/or chronic ailments/injury.
Yoga & Pilates: Combing the benefits of Yoga and Pilates, this class will help to increase strength, balance and flexibility for all levels.
Meditation – free your mind: Guided meditation in a peaceful, group setting. Calm the body and mind and take a journey into ultimate relaxation. All levels welcome.
